Thai Curry Chicken

Last night we had a low key dinner night, but still fantastic nonetheless.

My husband cooked some chicken and then added it to this really tasty PC Thai Green Curry Sauce and some spinach. He set the mixture over long grain rice, to which he added some curry. Add cilantro over the top and this meal is complete.
